How do I qualify for free shipping?
Domestic orders over $50 to the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, will always receive free shipping!
How does the shipping work?
Orders shipped to the US will be sent via USPS First Class and should arrive between 5-7 days from placing your order.
Orders shipped to Canada, UK or EU should arrive between 10-14 business days from placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Avoila with your tracking number so you can stay on top of when your order will be delivered.
Who is responsible for Duties, Taxes or Customs Fees?
You, the buyer, are responsible to pay all relevant duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We, the seller, are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, UK and EU countries using UPS worldwide expedited service. The flat fee for shipping to these regions is $20.
