Return Policy
We know how hard it is to commit to a new product when you're unsure how your skin will feel. For that reason, if you're not 100% happy with our product, we will absolutely accept returns on our full-size products—unused or partially used. (Excludes sample size.) Please note--we only accept returns on products purchased directly through avoila.com. If you purchased an AVOILA product from a retail partner, please reach out to that retailer for return information.
How do returns work?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, please send an email to returns@avoila.com within 30 days of your purchase with the following information:
Please pack the item in the original packaging with your packing slip or AVOILA Order Confirmation Number. (You can find that number in your order confirmation email.) And return your item to:

Once the return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email about your refund. A refund can only be applied to the original payment method. A refund usually takes 5 to 7 business days to be credited back to you.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a returned item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds can only be applied once per customer.
