You can't make everybody happy... you're not an avocado!

There's a reason sayings like this exist! Avocado is a beloved fruit for so many reasons from guacamole, to toast, to yes, skincare... If you don’t know by now, Avocado Oil is our hero ingredient in Avoila Nourishing Face Oil 🥑

Avocado oil is derived from the fruit of the avocado, not its seed. That's just one of the reasons why it has so many beneficial properties.

Many clinical studies have shown that avocado oil has powerful skin-repairing qualities such as increasing collagen synthesis and reducing inflammation. The oil is also rich in linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and oleic acid which penetrate the skin's barrier helping it to retain moisture, while also reducing irritation and redness.

It can also improve skin texture and appearance as the oil contains beta-sitosterol, lecithin, minerals, and vitamins A, C, D, and E!

We like to say that avocado is as good for you on the outside as it is on the inside! 🥑
